Predator Registration 2020

Predators, be ready and have your parents send in the right information or be left out!

See registration forms for the following age groups. Instructions are below but also see instruction on each form. Note that instructions are different based on age group and it is important to get it right.

General Instruction: print the form, fill it out, make sure USA Wrestling card is up to date (2020) and Brainbook has been done. Hand information into the coach with a check written and made out to the information on each form. (Each form may have slightly different information, please read carefully before handing in.)
