The following is the clearance process for athletes:

1. Fill out Registration Form.

2. Fees: $100 payable to Boulder Creek Community Schools, and $100 payable to Jaguar Mat Club.

3. Join USA Wrestling, separate fee required.  Go to USA Wrestling, register and pay for the annual membership. Please choose Predator in Anthem as your team. You will need to bring your USA card to in person registrations so it can be recorded. 

4. Wrestlers must take the Brainbook Course and bring the certificate of completion to in person registration. If you are a new participant, see directions below:

   1. Go to this site AIA BrainBook Concussion Education Course
   2. Select the Brainbook Concussion Education picture
   3. Register as a Student
   4. Enter Demographic information
   5. Select  Boulder Creek for School
   6. Complete course

   7. Bring copy to Registration
